Welcome to La Divine Cleaning Services. By accessing and using our website and booking platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Process Clients must complete the online booking form accurately, providing details about the space, desired service, and any special conditions (e.g., presence of pets, allergies, or individuals with health sensitivities). Based on the information submitted, a real-time price calculation will be generated. The booking is only confirmed upon successful completion of payment through our secure checkout system.
2. Payment and Confirmation Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our website. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the service details.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Late changes or delays on the client’s part may incur additional fees of $20 per day.
4. Client Responsibilities Clients must ensure that pets are safely relocated during the cleaning, especially in cases where the client has indicated their presence. For services that involve high fixtures or air vents, clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate ladder and handling the removal/reinstallation of items as noted.
5. Service Limitations The service scope is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes to the scope, size, or special requests may result in price adjustments. La Divine Cleaning Services reserves the right to decline services if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are encountered that were not disclosed during booking.
6. Liability La Divine Cleaning Services is insured and takes all reasonable care during service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, unstable items, or unreported risks.
7. Modifications We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest version of the Terms of Use.
